Inque was a mercenary for hire who was paid by an unknown terrorist orgainization to have genetic experiments performed on herself. She is a frequent rival of Terry McGinnis and the elderly Bruce Wayne . She has recently abondoned the majority of her mercenary work to work on shutting the pair down for good.
